A: Yes, but they must work in a different department or store.

Q: How can I learn about Midtex Oil and what is expected when I am hired?
A: Every new employee is required to attend employee orientation before they begin their job. We talk about the company, opportunities, rules and regulations, benefits, safety and job procedures.
Q: How long until I am promoted?
A: It will depend on your performance and the available positions.
Q: How often will I be paid?
A: Everyone is paid weekly by direct deposit.
Q: May I choose the store where I will work?
A: Midtex Oil will make every effort to assign you to a store that is reasonably close to your home. However, you may be needed at a store that has an open position and matches your abilities.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Store employees must wear clean uniform pants and shirt for their particular store, and are prohibited from having:
Visible body or facial piercing other than ears
Unnaturally colored hair
Open toed shoes
Torn or faded clothing
Q: Will I be required to work nights, holidays and weekends?
A: Yes, Midtex Oil stores are open on nights, weekends and holidays. Flexbility is granted on a case by case basis.
Q: Will I need a bank or credit union account to work at Midtex Oil?
A: You will need an account or Midtex Oil will supply you with an account for direct deposit.
